This role also takes point to gather necessary information from HR functional areas to comply with audits both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities:
Manages compliance activities related to Human Resources (including payroll and benefits) including Sarbanes Oxley ActDevelops and implements strategies for all activities relating to complianceOversees the design and implementation of internal controls for all Human Resources processesManages daily operation in support of internal controls, conducts periodic internal testing, Identifies process deficiencies and improvements, and reports test results to top managementStays abreast of changes in regulations to ensure the organization's timely complianceServes as liaison between internal and external auditorsMay develop and conduct training for HR employees
